Who can register on NCDP-MIS?
Nigerian companies with a CAC registration (RC) number. Foreign contractors working on federal contracts are invited by the MDA Project Coordinator once their contract is onboarded for monitoring.
Does registration guarantee my company a contract?
No. Registration and verification confer no entitlement to any contract. They give your company a verified record that contractors can find and trust during contract execution.
Does NCDP-MIS decide which companies are engaged?
No. Contractors run their own selection process. NCDP-MIS lists verified companies and records engagements, but never scores or ranks them.
What is an NCID?
A Nigerian Content ID is issued to every verified company. It has a QR code that anyone can scan to confirm whether it is active, suspended or expired. No personal details are shown.
How will I know where my verification is?
Your dashboard shows each stage of verification, who is handling it and the expected date. If anything needs correcting, you will be told exactly what to fix.
What if my details are not found on CAC?
You can still enter them yourself. They will be checked by a verification officer before your company is approved.
How is my information protected?
Data is handled under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Only public details appear in the directory, and you can request access to or correction of your personal data at any time.
